Thursday Evening Zazen with Group Daisan

Three 25-minute rounds of zazen with kinhin (walking meditation) between each round, ending with a brief closing ceremony. Dokusan and daisan will be offered as usual. During the second round you may choose to attend group daisan in the community room with an assistant teacher. Group daisan is an opportunity to ask a teacher about your practice, and hear other’s questions, in a small group setting.

A talk and discussion may be in offered place of the third round at the teacher’s discretion. This is an in-person event that will also be streamed on Zoom.
