Meeting in the Moment through Music and Dance

In this group, we step into the unknown, with very little structure and no verbal language, for an hour and a half. We express ourselves and interact with each other through movement and sound, allowing ourselves to be guided by our intuition and our sensitivity to the shared experience of the group. Anyone can join us. If you can walk, you can dance; if you can talk, you can sing; if you can clap your hands, you can play a drum. You just need to be willing to step into the unknown and allow yourself to be guided by your experience of the moment.
