Power Fusion 1 w/ Sound Bath

Join us for a level 1 vinyasa class followed by sound bath. Expect to be challenged and supported with a beautiful flow, at a heat of around 85 degrees. Each session will end with a sound bath to help you integrate the energy you have created, and bring your nervous system back to regulation.
