A donation-based pranayama class led by graduates of Reunify’s Pranayama Apprenticeship, offering a guided space to explore the breath as a tool for nervous system regulation, energy balance, and inner awareness. Rooted in traditional yogic techniques and taught with care and intention, this class invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the subtle power of your breath—all while supporting accessible, community-centered wellness. Located at 4893 Voltaire st on the south east corner of Voltaire and Cable street in Ocean Beach, next to Mike Hess Brewing. Parking is easiest around the corner on Cable or a side street off Cable.
