Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Join us for a grounding and heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by 60 minutes of sound healing guided by Eden. Cacao is a plant medicine rich in magnesium, antioxidants, iron, and mood boosting compounds like theobromine, serotonin, and tryptophan. Cacao ceremonies have long been practiced throughout Mexico, Central & South America as a way for community to gather, connect, and celebrate. The sound healing will consist of quartz crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, a gong, and traditional drumming. Come indulge and relax for this peaceful 90 minute afternoon together.
