YOGA + SOUND: 90's Flow + Harmonic Sound Bath at Waterloo Greenway Park

Head outside this Fall, with a series of free movement classes at Waterloo Greenway! Every Monday at 6pm, join Castle Hill Fitness and various studios within our community in an immersive Yoga + Sound experience on the Moody Amphitheater lawn, 6:00-7:00pm This class takes place at the Moody Amphitheater Lawn at Waterloo Greenway Park This special experience gives new meaning to yin and yang! The first half of the practice will be an upbeat flow set to a fun 90's playlist. Then you'll settle into a comfortable position on the ground to enjoy one of Alia's signature harmonic sound baths. She combines her background as a musician with the art of sound healing to create a uniquely soothing sound bath experience by playing the crystal bowls and singing the sound of Om.
