Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

Conscious rest in its purest form. Gentle grounding and breath awareness guide you into Yoga Nidra, then a soothing sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs. No movement required; simply lie back and be held. A note on timing and cancellations: late entry is limited to the first 5 minutes of class, and for Nidra + Sound Bath entry is not permitted once class has begun, so please arrive early. Please cancel at least 2 hours before class.
