Yin & Sound Bath

Gift yourself an hour to slow down, journey inwards, and explore the concepts of introspection and surrender. This class will be 45 minutes of relaxing into gentle but deep stretches and long holds followed by a 15-minute sound meditation designed with the intention to promote cellular resonance, elevation and healing.
