Winter Solstice Sound Bath, stoking the fire within. Join Kristi of Mystic Heart Sound Meditation for a soundscape mirroring nature’s seasonal rhythm of stillness and quietude. A sacred time for replenishment, connection and deep listening. Be nourished within the darkness of this pivotal energetic shifting, emerging connected to the medicine and wisdom within.

For your maximum comfort please bring a cozy blanket, small pillow for your head and a yoga mat/floor cushioning for your maximum comfort. Suggested: bring a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes, it adds in deeper relaxation. There are some additional props available.
