The Rainbow Connection Sound Bath

Created especially for LGBTQIA2S+ community members and allies, this event centers inclusivity, authenticity, emotional safety, and shared human connection. If you are looking for stress relief, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation, queer community events, or simply a peaceful and affirming experience, this sound bath offers space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, chair, cot, squishmallow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable, however there will be some items available to borrow.

Sliding scale available, supporter rates help keep this work accessible for all. Doors will be locked, my lovely assistant or I will let you in starting at 6:45 PM. No entry after 7:10 PM, the sound bath will have started and respect must be given to the experience of the guests who arrived on time.

Optional time at the end for sharing and connecting with community.
