Sundays in Sound

New Moon Sound Journey ~ Resetting your nervous system with breath and sound. Settling in together with guided and accessible breathwork, followed by a potent restorative soundscape. Be "bathed" in sound and be carried into states of meditation and exquisite relaxation. Rise feeling refreshed with a profound sense of connection and peace.

For your maximum comfort, please bring a yoga mat, additional cushioning/padding to remain comfortable on the floor, a warm & cozy blanket and a small pillow for your head. Suggested: a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes (aids in deeper relaxation). Optional: a bolster or pillow/blanket for under your knees (releases the lower back and increases comfort). Recommended: Dress in layers as room temperatures can vary! Reclined, chair or seated meditation welcome.
