Sunday Slowdown: Sound Bath + Sauna

End your weekend slowly with sound, sauna, and rest.
Join us at Koti, a neighborhood Finnish sauna tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood in Milwaukie, for a Sunday evening of sound, warmth, and time to unwind.
We'll begin with an immersive 60-minute sound bath led by Kristi Littman. Through the resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls, you'll have an opportunity to settle in, quiet your mind, and enjoy an hour of uninterrupted rest.
Afterward, we'll head outside for two unhurried hours of traditional Finnish sauna, cold plunging, and time around the fire.
In Finland, sauna is an ordinary and cherished part of everyday life. It's a place to slow down, connect with others, and enjoy the simple pleasure of getting warm. At Koti, we've brought that tradition into our own backyard, with a cedar sauna, the gentle steam of löyly, fresh-water cold plunges, and space to enjoy the outdoors.
There's no prescribed routine or pace to follow. Enjoy the heat, cool off when you're ready, sit by the fire, and settle into the evening however feels good to you.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat for the sound bath. You're also welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, warm socks, or anything else that makes you extra comfortable. Bring your swimsuit and two towels (one small one for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off).
All are welcome. No prior sound bath or sauna experience is needed.
