Sunday Evening Services: Somatic Breathwork + Sound

Sunday nights at the heart. are anything but ordinary. No two weeks in a row are the same, as we are always looking to offer new and creative ways to deepen your practice and bring unique experiences and even guest teachers into the studio. This week: Somatic Breathwork + Sound Breath meets vibration in this immersive 75-minute experience designed to shift energy, quiet the mind, and bring you deeper into yourself. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of guided somatic breathwork accompanied by live sound, with handpan and other instruments moving in rhythm with the breath to amplify the experience. From there, we’ll slow everything down with guided meditation and an evolving live soundscape, creating space to settle, listen, and integrate. We’ll close with time to land, reflect, and share.
