Join Lauren of Solshine Wellness for a special Libra season experience designed to offer you balance and rejuvenation: Equinox Detox. Lauren is a professional Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator. She weaves wisdom gained from her 15+ years serving in the Public Health field (in addition to living + studying around the world), to make holistic wellness accessible and impactful for everyone. This Equinox Detox event will be a journey into the body with breathwork, intentionally moving energy and releasing stagnation, followed by a restorative sound healing/sound bath to integrate and balance.
