Mystic Heart Sound Bath

Experience a deeply restorative and relaxing soundscape with Kristi carrying you deeper into your heart space and opening greater spaces of gratitude and appreciation for the world around us. Kristi will guide you through gentle breath awareness to settle your mind/body, create and offer you an intentional soundscape to connect you to your heart center and cultivate a potent sense of peace.

For your maximum comfort please bring your own yoga mat and PLENTY of floor padding to be comfortable while reclined. Bring a cozy blanket & small pillow for your head to create a cozy ‘nest to rest.’ Wear something comfortable to relax in. Suggested: an eye pillow or a small cloth to cover your eyes, it aids in deeper relaxation. Seated, chair, reclined meditation all welcome.
