Sound Immersion in the Bathhouse

Join us for a special sound bath and bathhouse experience at Glow. We’ll begin with a silent hour, inviting you into deep immersion with healing sounds and a meditative flow through the pools, sauna, and lounge spaces. This is a time to drop in, unwind, and connect within. Please arrive by 8:45 AM to allow time to shower and change before we gather in the bathhouse at 9:00 AM. The first hour will be held in noble silence—a space free of conversation to support inward reflection. In the second hour, we’ll gently open the space to soft conversation and welcome additional guests into the experience.
