Sound Healing Meditation

Join us for a sound healing meditation class using alchemy crystal singing bowls. This class will begin with centering ourselves for our practice, warming the body with gentle movements or light breathing techniques. We then move into an extended savasana (resting pose) by laying down to allow the healing tones of the bowls to wash over you. The use of the bowls as well as possible other instruments such as the therapy harp and chimes will be the focus to aid in relaxation and rejuvenation. Come away centered and relaxed.
