Sound Healing Journey

Saturday, December 19th 5:30-7:30pm

Join us for an immersive and therapeutic sound bath experience. michael Steinke intertwines a diverse array of healing instruments, including large gongs, singing bowls, drums, Hang Bal, and didgeridoo.

Set up in a restorative shape with the aid of our yoga props as the healing tones facilitate a reduction in brainwave states, inviting the body into a healing state for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Whether you are new to sound meditation or a seasoned listener, this journey invites you to surrender into deep rest, inner clarity, and resonant connection.
