Sound Healing

Join Stephanie for an evening of sacred sound and relaxation. This is a welcoming space for all to get quiet and go within, while Stephanie guides you on a journey of sound with crystal singing bowls, gong, ethereal vocals/mantra, and other instruments. Prepare to get cozy for a reclined meditation, while being held in a loving and nurturing space. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow, or anything else you need to feel comfortable. Bolsters and blankets will also be provided at the studio. Please arrive early, and pre-registration is recommended.

***Each individual person has to have a separate registration and payment for the class. So, if you're gifting the workshop to a friend, be sure to set up their account and process their payment separately from your own. This helps us guarantee each student's spot in class.
