This all-levels class blends light breathwork, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. As you settle into stillness, you'll be invited to release tension, ground your body, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. The soothing vibrations of sound will wash over you, helping to clear mental clutter, balance your energy, and cultivate a sense of peace and renewal. No prior experience necessary.
