Sound Bath Meditation

Sound Bath Journey in partnership with Bellingham Parks & Recreation

Experience an immersion of sound and vibration for self care. Kristi will create a restorative and nourishing soundscape and environment to support an atmosphere for deep relaxation to unwind, connect and recharge. We will enter into our meditation journey with a accessible and grounding breath practice and move into a Mystic Heart Soundscape. Rise refreshed and centered.

For your maximum comfort please bring a yoga mat/plenty of thick floor padding, cozy blanket and a small pillow for your head to create a snug “nest to rest.”

Please note: the Park’s facility can vary in temperature - suggested layers!! Recommended/optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to over your eyes (aids in deeper relaxation). Seated, chair and reclined meditation welcome.

Max: 60 individuals. $15. Partner event: pre-registration is required. Tickets not available on-site. Doors open approximately 20 minutes before. No late entry available. Free parking onsite.
