Somatic Breathwork + Reiki

Somatic Breathwork + Reiki is an embodied practice designed to help you reconnect with your body. In a world that constantly keeps us moving, thinking, planning, worrying - this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, come into the body, and create space for greater awareness and presence. We’ll begin with guided breathwork - breath that moves continuously through the body, opening space to notice sensation, soften areas of stored tension, and come back into your body’s natural rhythm. As the breathwork settles, Reiki moves into focus. You’ll rest in a quiet integration period, held and supported, as the energy work settles you into grounding, balance, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. This group experience is designed to be gentle and supportive. You’ll leave feeling lighter yet more grounded, more aware, present, and more at ease in your own body.
