Self Expansion: A Breathwork Retreat

Step into the wilderness with breath. This is an invitation for you to join us for a weekend of healing and rejuvenation. You will be led through a series of Introspective Breathwork sessions to deepen your connection with self. This is a space to heal the parts of you that were left behind in the challenges of life, and open to the expanse of who you have always been. You will be supported by a trained breath-worker and licensed therapists to support and guide you in this journey.

In this retreat, you will be led through guided meditations, breathwork sessions, introspective journaling prompts and holding space for one another. Through these experiential activities, you will be co-creating the container for yourself and others and be held by the loving environment of the hotsprings. This journey is a choice to heal and nourish yourself.

Presented by Rachael Schneider & BC Carter & Fawn Gonzales. From $833 to $1,133 depending on the room, with lodging and meals. Arrival is from 3 pm on the first day, and check-out at 1 pm on the last.
