Restorative SoundBath 'Ishvara Pranidhana'

The fall brings the sweet feeling of a restart - a return to routine, intention, and the practices that help us feel grounded. What if your peace didn't have to depend on everything working out exactly the way you hoped? Inspired by Ishvara Pranidhana, the yogic practice of surrender, we will explore the difference between caring deeply and gripping tightly. Surrender doesn't mean we stop wanting, planning, trying, or working toward what matters. It means we don't give the outcome ownership of our peace. Settle into the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments as we explore three practices: RELEASE what you cannot control. TRUST what you cannot yet know. DEVOTE yourself to what truly matters. Come rest, reset your nervous system, and welcome the fall with a little more clarity about what you want to carry into the season ahead. It's about returning to what makes you feel most like yourself. In a world where we often rely on easy buttons - scrolling, socializing, numbing, self-medicating - meditation is a path of peace and healing. A path for nervous system to remember how to regulate itself. Adding our deeply restorative soundbaths to your weekly routine helps restore your energy, shift you from scattered to centered, and allow you to release the constant pull of the world and the pressure to keep up. You deserve a break. Class Flow 1. Settling in with tea, reflection on a monthly subject 2. Nurturing stretches with breathwork 3.
