Restorative & Sound Healing

Unwind & Restore: Give yourself permission to relax, unwind, and settle into peace with this 75-minute Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath. Each wonderfully supported pose is held for 5-10 minutes and accompanied by crystal singing bowls, chimes + Tibetan bowls and little guidance, so you can settle into Self and a renewing meditative state. Surrender into support and put down all your stresses and worries. This time is for you.
