Restorative Sound Bath

Join Annie and Blair for a 60 min restorative sound bath. Prepare to be bathed in the soothing tones and vibrations from an array of instruments, including gongs and crystal sound bowls, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. It's recommended to bring a pillow or two (one for underneath your head and one for under your knees) and an eye mask or something to cover your eyes. Come dressed in comfortable clothes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable.
