Restorative & Cosmic Sound Bath

What is a Cosmic Sound Bath? A Cosmic Sound Bath is ethereal, changing and evolving eternally. If you were to sit on the rings of Saturn, dive into a black hole or drift through an endless sea of stars, the universe would guide you in a Cosmic Sound Bath. The Space Whistle and Logan channels that galactic majesty right into the spaces around your physical form. Resonating with the energy around us, we craft atmospheric soundscapes to fit any environment from complete echoing chaos to the simple harmonic resonance of sine wave. Logan is excited to share my craft with you through Asheville Community Yoga! Gentle Flow: These classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students. Gentle Flow will offer some flow, including some movements up and down off of the mat. Postures may include, but are not limited to, sitting, hands & knees, standing poses, balancing poses, etc. Expect lots of modifications and cues to help you have the safest practice possible. Restorative Yoga: Suitable for all levels. The intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. Relaxing and slow paced with a whole sequence using as few as 5 or 6 postures. Many props are used to support the body. Suitable for Beginners: Anything with “Gentle” in the title. Students of all levels will find these classes accessible. If you are trying yoga for the very first time or consider yourself fairly new to yoga, these classes will provide an easy pace and detailed instruction for learning and exploring the basics. Although more challenging poses and sequences may be offered at times, modifications will be given to make the practice accessible to everyone.
