Relax With Reiki & Sound Immersion

Relax with Reiki + Sound is a gentle, grounding experience designed to ease mental tension, support nervous system regulation, and create space for deep rest. You’ll receive hands-off Reiki to help calm your system and restore inner balance, followed by a restorative sound bath to settle the mind and body. Together, these elements invite calm, presence, and a gentle restoration of balance. No experience is needed - just come as you are and allow yourself to fully relax. All props are provided, all you need to bring is yourself! (i.e. yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye masks) ** If you would like to book more than 1 person for a class, please call the office at 773-799-8966 and we would be happy to assist you! **
