Reiki Sound Bath

Our Reiki Infused Sound Bath blends gentle guided meditation with a soothing sound bath experience. Rather than hands-on Reiki, the energy is offered to the room and the instruments, creating a calming atmosphere that supports deep relaxation. Vibrations from gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and more help the mind settle into a restful state, often reaching the “theta” brainwave where stillness and restoration naturally unfold. The class is practiced while laying down in a comfortable, supported position. Each session is unique, combining intention, sound and Reiki to create a peaceful and grounding journey. Essential oils and eye pillows may be offered for added comfort. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
