New Years at Bow Sanctuary

We will begin the New Year in a soundscape with Kristi for renewal. Resting and relaxing our being for listening and deep rejuvenation. Our journey in sound will cultivate and support an environment for peace and connection allowing our heart’s intention to emerge for the New Year.

Bring a journal and pen to record your reflections, a few prompted inquiries will be offered to you at the conclusion of our sound journey - let the whispers of your heart come forth and be known.

For your maximum comfort please bring a cozy blanket, small pillow for your head and a yoga mat/floor cushioning for your maximum comfort. Suggested: bring a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes, it aides in deeper relaxation. There are some additional props available.

Max: 28 humans. $35 Please check-in at reception before entering the Yoga Hall. Doors to the Yoga Hall open 20 minutes before our session begins and close promptly at the start; no late entry available. Free parking onsite.
