Move + Breathe + Sound Bath … Align & Renew

(Class 75 min) Align and Renew yourself after a long weekend in this Restorative class. We will start with a 35 min Gentle Flow combined with some Restorative postures. The middle part of the practice includes 20 min of Conscious Guided BreathWork that will allow you to get out of the headspace and tune into your Spirit. Finally, you will have time to really sink into a deep state of relaxation with a 20 min savasana with a live sound bath of gongs, bowls, flutes, and chimes.
