Mindfulness Hike - OSU Research Forest

Slow down, step outside, and reconnect with the natural world on this guided Nature Mindfulness Walk, led by a trained mindfulness teacher, Sarah Low. Participants will walk at a gentle pace along established trails, with periodic stops to practice mindfulness exercises that cultivate awareness of breath, sound, sight, and smell.
