Intro to Zen (Zendo)

New to Zen?

Please join us at our informal monthly one-hour Introduction to Zen get-together. First Saturday of each month, 10-11am, at the Zen Center. A brief introduction to Zen Buddhism as it is practiced at the Puget Sound Zen Center (PSZC). We will go over a few key points- what brings us to Zen, how to sit in zazen (Zen meditation), what to expect at a PSZC service. Plenty of time for questions! All are welcome.
