In-Person: Sound Bath and Restorative Āsana for Inner Freedom

Space is limited. Sign up now! Join Gwi-Seok and Marlene for our quarterly restorative āsana and sound bath. We will focus on cultivating physical, emotional, and mental spaciousness, especially when we may feel limited or stuck. No matter what is going on outside, we can create freedom inside. The āsana session will be supported by the vibrations of the singing bowls, and we will conclude with a guided toning session with Marlene. Limited to 20 students.
