Highest Yoga Tantra Practice Class

For those with Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini only.

We are offering these once-monthly Highest Yoga Tantra (HYT) practice classes to help practitioners gain understanding, familiarity and confidence in HYT practice. Key to this is finding a daily practice that gets us moving in the right direction, keeps our empowerment blessings alive, and works with our daily schedules.

These classes are currently exploring how to easily and simply practice of the essentials of Vajrayogini self-generation practice. Guided step-by-step, we will gradually build up a qualified understanding and practice of Dakini Yoga, Blissful Path or Quick Path to Great Bliss.
