Heated Slow Flow and Sound Bath

Slow Flow is a modified gentle vinyasa class. Slow Flow moves slower but continuous and is less challenging. The Sun Salutes may be half salutes and there may be a longer warm up and cool down. 95 degrees. During class and/or savasana, instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and others are played with the intention of harmonizing the frequency of each individual’s vibration with the natural resonance of the earth.
