Set within the tranquil forests and geothermal springs of Breitenbush, this immersive experience offers a sanctuary for human services professionals to pause, reconnect, and replenish. Through guided mindfulness, breathwork, and nature-based practices, participants will be invited to quiet the mind, release emotional tension, and restore balance to body and spirit.
