Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation

For your maximum comfort bring thick padding to recline on during our time together. A pillow for your head and a cozy blanket are recommended to create your ‘nest to rest.’ Wear something comfortable to relax in… the more at ease your body is, the more deeply you can journey into rejuvenation and be carried by soothing sound. Suggested: a small cloth or eye pillow to cover your eyes, it aids in deeper relaxation.
