Free Queer & Trans Flow + Restore Yoga

An intentional gathering space for anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA2S+, guided by a queer-identified instructor. Join us to cultivate affirming connection to ourselves and our vibrant, diverse, and intersectional community!

Class includes gentle movement, meditation, and rest practices and is designed to be accessible for both new and experienced students. Rental mats are available at no charge; props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters are also provided.
