Family Restore Sound Bath

Restore for family is a class that includes a guided meditation, visualization, and sound bath. This class is very similar to the Restore class except that children from the age of 5-14 are allowed with their adult. Techniques are used that allow the brain to rest in a deep state of calm. As a result, these classes are highly relaxing and restorative. During this session you may achieve a meditation state somewhere between wakefulness and sleep (also known as the theta brain wave state). We encourage our guests to fully relax with our provided cushions, pillows, and blankets. It can be easy to fall asleep during these classes but we ask that you remain awake so you can maximize the benefits and not disturb others.
