Deep Rest: Reiki & Gong

Reiki & Gong is a deeply restorative and harmonizing experience designed to help you completely let go and receive. Reiki will be woven throughout the entire journey, beginning with a guided meditation and flowing into an immersive gong bath, enhanced by essential oils and subtle sensory elements. A cocoon of sound, energy, and stillness designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling deeply rested and renewed. Spots will be limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience.
