Over the course of 6 transformative days, we will explore each of the 5 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space. Each day will focus on the unique energy and qualities of one element through conscious dance, playful yoga, fascial movement principles, breathwork and ceremony. When we learn to balance our elements, we can enhance our physical and energetic bodies.

This creates a harmonious connection to our chakra system and super-charges our whole life. The elemental map that guides this retreat leads you to a treasure chest filled with the light of your own inner healer and somatic wisdom.
