Parents and grandparents are invited to bring their little ones to a Children’s Mindfulness Circle on the first Sunday afternoon of each month from 2:00-3:00PM, unless there is a retreat. Join us for some singing, stories, and children’s activities, followed by tea and cookies. This event is for children ages 3-8 years of age. Adults are welcome to join the circle.
