Yoga Class Requirements: 1) New students must arrive 15-20 minutes before class to register, sign the waiver, rent a towel/mat, go to the bathroom and set up in he yoga room. 2) Clients must register for class (cannot show up without registering unless new student) No late arrivals No experience required Wear loose, comfortable clothing Bring a yoga mat Mats available for rental
