Aerial Sound Meditation (Scottsdale)

Experience vibration and sound waves as you climb into the aerial silk cocoon and are invited to some gentle movement, receive guided mediation and bask in the sound of crystal bowls and other sounds. Connect with breath and sound, invite the mind to relax, and restore your whole being. Note: Spaces for Metta students are limited. Sign ups will be taken via Mind Body. Please arrive 10 min. in advance of class to claim your spot. Unaccounted for hammocks will become available at the start of class.
