Aerial Sound Bath

Students must pre-register for this event, as there is limited space available. If the event is full, we can not accommodate walk-ins. There are nine spots available.

This 60-minute aerial yoga sound bath happens while you are softly suspended above your mat. Float into a uniquely immersive sound bath as you relax fully in your own aerial silk hammock, designed to support nearly all body types in comfort. Crafted from premium materials, our silks offer both safety and softness—creating the perfect cocoon for rest and renewal. Jet will guide you into and out of your hammock, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. Let your body melt into stillness and ease. Allow yourself to receive love, peace, and restoration.

To preserve the quality of the silks, we kindly ask that you remove jewelry beforehand and dress comfortably.

Suggested items to bring:
Yoga mat, water, blanket⁣, neck pillow, eye covering (this helps to maximize the meditation experience)⁣. We offer props at the studio to use at no charge and yoga mats to rent.
