When to Arrive:
Arrival time 12:15p 
Soundbath begins at 12:30p

Arriving at 12:10p will allow you to set up your “nest” aka cozy space, quietly chat with others, and also see some pretty great views from the attic. On clear days you can see Mt. St. Helens.

What to Bring:
• Blankets
• Pillows
• Eye mask
• Water
• Yoga Mat
• Nasal Strips
• Anything you may need to get "nested"
