Soundbath begins at 7:00p

Arriving at 6:40 p will allow you to set up your “nest” aka cozy space, quietly chat with others, and also see some pretty great views from the attic.

What to Bring:
• Blankets
• Pillows
• Bolsters
• Yoga Mat
• Eye mask
• Nasal Strips
• Water
• Anything you may need to get "nested"
