90 minutes of Yin Yoga with Valerie Starr (@starrlightbody) backed with a Soundbath by Graham Slick (@GrahamSlick).

Simple, restorative postures will be led by Val and accompanied by a symphony of bowls played by Graham which are designed to induce deep meditative and peaceful states.

This is a live in-person event. Open to all.
