Sound Circle with Graham Slick
Gather around the ‘campfire’ and join us for a unique weekly, cannabis-friendly sound bath medicine journey. This is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you. Together, we’ll experience the healing power of sound baths, breathwork, meditation, heartfelt conversations, and the cozy glow of a (faux) fire circle. If you’re ready to relax your mind, immerse in soothing vibrations, and build meaningful connections within a like-minded community, you are warmly welcomed.
A sound bath journey or nada yoga is a restorative practice that uses the healing power of sound and vibration to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. By engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, these soothing frequencies can help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, foster spiritual connection, and support overall well-being.
During this 90-minute in-person session, you’ll be enveloped in the calming tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, harmonium, handpan, gong, chimes, drums, and voice. The harmonious blend of sounds creates gentle vibrations that encourage relaxation, inner balance, and a sense of renewal.
This soundbath will be a bit different from traditional sessions. It includes interactive elements, such as group sharing, and some activities are new, being explored for future events. Cannabis will be part of the experience, along with other meditative and energy practices that may include yoga nidra, reiki, chanting or mantra, qigong, toning, singing, humming, and pranayama.

Part 1: Setting the Space
We begin with grounding practices, an opening circle with a blessing to our space, smoke and space cleansing, and reflective discussion on letting go to be present or other topic.
Part 2: First Sound Meditation

Sink deeper into tranquility with layered sounds from bowls, handpan, chimes, and guided meditations, closing with gentle hums and clear tones.
